Pursuant to subdivision (c)(3) of Government Code section 11126, the Board will meet in closed session to consider proposed disciplinary actions, stipulated settlements, and petitions for modifications/termination of probation.
Pursuant to subdivision (e)(1) of Government Code section 11126, the Board will meet in closed session to discuss the following pending litigation: Candice Hollimon v. Respiratory Care Board, Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, case no. 34-2020-80003376.
