1. Consideration of, and Possible Action on, Comments Received During 15-Day Comment Period Regarding Proposed Regulation to Adopt Title 16, California Code of Regulations Section 1399.365 (Basic Respiratory Tasks and Services)
   Strategic Plan Licensing Goal 2.2: Develop and promulgate regulations identifying basic respiratory tasks and services and disseminate information to pertinent state agencies and licensed facilities in response to the implementation of Senate Bill 1436
2. Update and Discussion Regarding Proposed Regulations Related to Home and Community-Based Respiratory Tasks and Services and Training Requirements
