The Respiratory Care Board (RCB) maintains statistics for all complaints which includes criminal convictions, mandatory/consumer complaints, and unlicensed practice/lapse in licensure complaints.

Breakdown of Complaints Received by Fiscal Year (FY 19/20 - FY 23/24)

Criminal convictions complaints include:

  • Sexual Misconduct
  • Self Use Drugs/Alcohol
  • Fraud
  • Self-Reported Convictions on License Renewals
  • Applicant Investigations

Mandatory and consumer complaints include:

  • Unlicensed Practice
